Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If you're not, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for any reason.

Conditions for returns

• The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
• You'll need your order number or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Email us at philipronsupplies@gmail.com with your order number and the item you want to return. We'll reply with the return instructions and the address to send it to. Items sent back without first asking us won't be accepted.

Damaged or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with photos so we can fix it for you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or card provider to process it.
