Delivery time

Orders are usually delivered within 7–15 days of being placed. Our products are shipped from our suppliers in China, so delivery can sometimes take longer during busy seasons or because of customs checks.

Shipping cost

Delivery is free on all products.

Order tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with tracking details so you can follow your package.

Multiple items

If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages on different days.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct when you check out. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
